In October 2025, Amplify Voices honored me with their annual Impact Award. The recognition wasn’t about code, innovation, or growth metrics—it was about people. Specifically, it celebrated how technology can amplify humanity when built with care and intention.
Amplify Voices, based here in Arizona, exists to help people who’ve been silenced tell their stories and drive change. Partnering with them gave me the chance to see how AI can strengthen empathy instead of diluting it. Together, we created two custom tools—Grant Writer GPT and Talk Analyzer GPT—that now help their team reach more people, write stronger grants, and elevate new voices in ways they couldn’t before.
This work also led to something unexpected: a Congressional Letter of Recognition from Congressman Greg Stanton, acknowledging the impact of these tools on Amplify’s mission and community. It’s humbling to see that kind of acknowledgment, but more than anything, it’s validation that “AI for good” isn’t just an idea. It’s possible—and necessary.
Building Tools That Serve People
The Grant Writer GPT helps Amplify’s staff write mission-aligned proposals faster, saving time while preserving the soul of each story. The Talk Analyzer GPT reviews speaker sessions, identifies patterns, and gives facilitators better ways to offer feedback. These tools don’t replace anyone—they empower people who already make an impact.
This is the core of what we do at Cingularis: we build AI solutions with soul. Every tool we design, whether it’s for a small business, a nonprofit, or a healthcare practice, is rooted in human purpose. Because AI should never be about automation for its own sake. It should be about removing friction so people can focus on the work that matters most.
That’s been my philosophy since launching the Cingularis AI Lab, where small business owners learn to apply AI with clarity and heart. We don’t teach hype. We teach intentionality. We help leaders understand how AI can align with their values—and how to use it in a way that amplifies their humanity, not erases it.
The Human Side of AI Innovation
When Congressman Stanton wrote, “Your innovation and expertise have created lasting tools that will strengthen Amplify’s mission and shape its future,” it reminded me why I started down this path. AI should amplify what humans do best: connect, create, and care.
Too often, technology feels like a wall between us and the people we serve. At Cingularis, we build bridges instead. Whether that’s a chatbot that helps a local business connect with customers after hours, a BrandAI that gives a nonprofit its own digital voice, or a custom GPT that helps a founder reclaim precious hours each week—our work starts and ends with people.
Here’s what drives everything we do:
-
Clarity over complexity. We simplify the noisy AI space so small businesses can act with confidence.
-
Empowerment over replacement. We design tools that make teams more capable, not redundant.
-
Purpose over profit. We align technology with values because meaningful impact lasts longer than short-term gains.
Continuing the Mission
Receiving the Amplify Impact Award isn’t a finish line—it’s fuel. It reinforces my belief that AI can, and should, strengthen the human experience. Every new BrandAI, chatbot, or consulting project we take on at Cingularis starts with the same question: How can this tool help people do more good?
If you lead a purpose-driven business, I’d love to help you explore what’s possible. Because when we bring humanity and technology together with intention, we can lighten the load, deepen connection, and expand impact.
That’s how we’ll keep helping businesses that do good do even good-er by providing AI Solution with Soul.
