The AI confidently replied, “He lost to the New York Giants in both.” Then—without pause—it stopped itself and wrote: “Correction—Moss’s 49ers lost to the Baltimore Ravens, 34–31.” In that instant, the AI revealed something powerful: its ability to self-correct as it’s speaking. That single “Correction—” isn’t an error. It’s a window into the machine’s mind—a trace of how it reasons, learns, and exposes both its brilliance and its blind spots.
